One-way Risbygate Street

Postby PeterB » Thu Jan 21, 2010 11:36 am

I was talking to someone in the new Fish & Chip shop on Risbygate Street and they said that Risbygate Street is going to be made one way from just after Nelson Road (in the direction of the town centre). St Andrews Street would then become one-way as far as the driving test centre (in a northerly direction) with a bus contraflow. I've not noticed any real problem along there other than disabled blue badge holders parking pretty much anywhere they please!

Are you sure about this? I would have thought it would be something that caused a lot of fuss and this is the first I've heard of it.
