For the first 3 months of this forum, starting at the end of July 2009, we will be picking a contributor of the month. This will not be based purely on how prolific you are on the forums but on the quality of your contributions and your interaction with other users.

The prize for each of these awards will be a new 4GB iPod Shuffle (http://www.apple.com/uk/ipodshuffle/).

At the end of the 12 month period (end of July 2010) we will pick a contributor of the year who will win a 32GB iPod Touch (http://www.apple.com/uk/ipodtouch/). Or, in the event of Apple revising their model range, the iPod Touch of equivalent value.

If you do not want the iPod we will happily send it to the recipient of your choice!

We would like to stress that this will not be based on whether we agree or disagree with what you say – it’s all about bringing something to the website; whether it is promoting events, debating the future of education in the town, or simply amusing us with your contributions.

ipods are wicked BUT you must have a decent set of speakers on an Ipod dock to enjoy fully, i find earphone just arent enough , mine goes in my car and plays through my car speakers, it goes in my lounge in a dock with speakers and it goes on holiday with travel dock and speakers.....i have audiobooks, comedy, films , tv series on mine LOVE IT
